JoPa, a friendly nickname derived from “J-O” in Joan and “P-A” in Page comes from the constant mix-up that people have when they see one without the other.
Always calling Joan, Page and Page, Joan, there was a natural creative to blend the two names when Joan and Page launched their passion and business together as best friends and trusted entrepreneurial leaders in their community.

Page Turner is the star of HGTV’s breakout flipping show, Flip or Flop Nashville that has completed their second season after attracting more than 19 million viewers over the last two seasons. Page’s execution on the show has assisted HGTV to achieve a Top 5 cable ranking amongst upscale women 25-54 in the Thursday 9-9:30 p.m. ET/PT timeslot.
With over 100 Million Dollars in property sales, Page is a fifteen-year Real Estate Broker and owner of The EGAP Group/Powered by eXp Realty with licenses in Tennessee, Georgia and California. Page has received numerous accolades, including the prestigious recognition of being amongst the 2018 Top 100 Leading African Americans in Business and the Tennessee Housing Development Agency Agent of the Year. Featured three times on The Today Show, The Harry Connick Jr. Show, People Magazine, Access Hollywood, US Weekly, CMA Fest Co-Emcee (to a 60K audience!), Pickler & Ben, people.com and many more, Page continues to expand her calling and business expertise as a sought-after television personality, event speaker and host.
Page’s passion for success comes from being a proud single mom to three amazing daughters (including twins!) that have all recently graduated from the University of Notre Dame, University of Tennessee-Knoxville and Bellarmine University.
Page is a champion for women and single mother’s, a vegan and a Certified Personal Trainer, and the author of her first published book, The G.O. Life that gives women the tools they need to show how they too can execute, dominate and live their most optimal lives!
JOAN FLEMING- RIDLEY
Joan Fleming-Ridley serves as Vice-President of Residential Lending and Community Development for Citizens Savings Bank and Trust Co., the oldest and continuously operated African American Bank in the County.
Affectionately known as “AskJoan,” Joan has become a national brand based on a campaign launched to help educate consumers in financial literacy, homebuyer education and credit worthiness. Joan’s commercials, seen nationally, showcase not only her experience, but her compassion for her clients and witty nature. (www.AskJoan.net)
As a part of a relatively small segment of leaders in the business world, there are few individuals who seem able to build relationships, trust and rapport with almost anyone, and the ability to translate their financial needs into a plausible solution. Joan is one of those rare people who has developed programs that find solutions in a challenging industry that faces constant changes and restrictions. She has become an industry leader finding ways to produce results through her expertise, commitment and relationships.
As a senior manager in the mortgage and banking industry, Fleming-Ridley radiates a sincere passion for delivering value and benefit to her clients with an enthusiastic and friendly attitude. It is Joan’s commitment to serve the underserved by being an advocate for affordable housing. Her “thinking outside the box” mentality allows her to develop programs to ensure everyone has the opportunity to build wealth through homeownership.
Joan attended Tennessee State University and continues to build her banking knowledge attending Barret Banking School to earn a graduate degree in banking.
As a former board member for Residential Resources, she continues to teach classes with the agency in addition to several other agencies throughout the the Nashville area. Joan currently serves on the Protecting Our Legacy Committee teaching financial literacy classes with TMobile; served on the Homeowner Selection Committee for Habitat for Humanity, and currentlys erves as a committee member for the American Bankers Association Mortgage Markets.
